1. Who we are

Titrate ("we", "us") is operated by Clinical CME Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, of 2140 South Dupont Highway, Camden, Delaware, 19934, USA. You can contact us at Office@clinicalcmegroup.com.

2. What Titrate is — and is not

Titrate is an independent study aid for candidates preparing for the Australian Pharmacy Council's CAOP and OPRA registration examinations.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Australian Pharmacy Council (APC). CAOP® and OPRA® are registered trademarks of the APC, used here only to describe the examinations our material is designed to help you prepare for. The APC does not endorse, review or accredit third-party preparation programs, including ours.

All practice questions on Titrate are original content written for this platform. We do not reproduce, paraphrase or reconstruct real examination questions.

3. Results are a study signal, not a prediction

The real examinations are reported pass/fail against a scaled psychometric standard. Candidates never receive a raw score, and no third-party result can be mapped to that standard.

Any score, percentage, pace figure or AI-written analysis provided by Titrate is a practice proxy to help you find and close knowledge gaps. It is not a prediction of your result, and we make no representation that using Titrate will help you pass.

4. Educational content only — no clinical advice

Titrate is educational material for examination preparation. It is not clinical decision support and must not be relied upon in the care of any real patient. Always consult current, authoritative clinical references and exercise your own professional judgement.

While we take reasonable care, clinical content changes and errors are possible. If you believe a question or explanation is wrong, please tell us at Office@clinicalcmegroup.com.

5. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it current.

We apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service and its costs. If your use is causing a problem we may contact you, limit your account, or in serious cases suspend it.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

You choose your billing period when you subscribe: monthly, or a three-month bundle charged in one payment. Your plan renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Plan allowances (feedback reports, revision timetables, tutor messages) are quoted per month, granted in full at the start of each billing period, and do not carry over. A three-month bundle therefore grants three months' worth up front, to be used across those three months.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Titrate platform and all content on it, including questions, explanations, reports and timetables. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your own examination preparation while your subscription is active.

You own the content you submit. You grant us a licence to store and process it in order to provide the service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Titrate available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

10. Liability

Titrate is operated from the United States. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under a law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the Australian Consumer Law, if you are in Australia.

Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you in connection with Titrate is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes or their consequences.

11. Termination

You may stop using Titrate and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, and we will tell you why unless prevented by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Titrate after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. This does not remove any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you live, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies to you.
